My Approach

I begin with an assessment, gathering information about my client's lifestyle & workplace (active/inactive), posture, personal health & fitness goals.

Poor posture places abnormal stresses on joints, ligaments and muscles, so a corrective exercise and stretching program will help bring the body back into balance, reducing pain and preventing injuries.

A scientific periodised exercise program will help my clients achieve their fitness or sport specific goals.

Off peak training sessions between 12pm and 4pm $235 for 6 sessions for 45 minutes works out at $39 per session

1hr $60 or buy 10 sessions and get 1 free

45 minutes $55 or buy 10 sessions and get 1 free


Group Circuit Training

A cost effective way of training 

  • An effective way for increasing your metabolic rate.

  • Enables you to complete a full body workout in a short period of time.

  • Small groups according to fitness levels and exercise experience.

 

2 people for 1hr $35 p.p

2 people for 45 minutes $30 p.p

3 people or more for 1hr $25 p.p


Strength & Conditioning

Individualised scientific training programs tailored for your sport, for benefits like:

  • Functional strength and power for your sport

  • Injury prevention

  • Improve running technique and mechanics

  • Sport specific speed and agility

  • Sport specific aerobic and anaerobic energy systems training.


Studio

The Studio is a fully functional training facility that operates in Carnegie, with it's own private entrance. We also have expansive parklands only 30 metres away to use when the weather is good. 

I train clients of all ages who wish to improve either their health, fitness, sports performance or general wellbeing.

Always wanted to try Yoga but don’t know where to start? Love Yoga but feeling out of practice? Feel like you could never ‘do’ Yoga because you can’t even touch your toes?

Then this is the Yoga is for you. That’s because Yay Yoga is designed for every body. It’s a multi-level Vinyasa Yoga style that is slow, flowing and controlled. All the poses are broken down and explained, and you have the choice of how far you want to take them. So whether you’re a total beginner or have been practising for years, there’s always something new to learn.

Yay Yoga is a welcoming, inclusive, non-intimidating atmosphere. A safe space for you to practice and learn about how wonderful Yoga makes you feel. When you come for your first session, please try to arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can get you all settled in.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • All props are provided, and we have complimentary mats you can use - or you can bring your own. It’s a good idea to wear clothes that you feel really comfortable in - and you might want to bring a water bottle along.
