Off peak training sessions between 12pm and 4pm $235 for 6 sessions for 45 minutes works out at $39 per session

1hr $60 or buy 10 sessions and get 1 free

45 minutes $55 or buy 10 sessions and get 1 free


Group Circuit Training

A cost effective way of training 

  • An effective way for increasing your metabolic rate.

  • Enables you to complete a full body workout in a short period of time.

  • Small groups according to fitness levels and exercise experience.

 

2 people for 1hr $35 p.p

2 people for 45 minutes $30 p.p

3 people or more for 1hr $25 p.p


Strength & Conditioning

Individualised scientific training programs tailored for your sport, for benefits like:

  • Functional strength and power for your sport

  • Injury prevention

  • Improve running technique and mechanics

  • Sport specific speed and agility

  • Sport specific aerobic and anaerobic energy systems training.


Studio

The Studio is a fully functional training facility that operates in Carnegie, with it's own private entrance. We also have expansive parklands only 30 metres away to use when the weather is good. 

I train clients of all ages who wish to improve either their health, fitness, sports performance or general wellbeing.
